Let’s be honest—we’re in Italy! No retreat is complete without incredible nourishment. We believe in the “slow food” movement. Think handmade pasta, organic olive oil pressed on-site, sun-ripened tomatoes, and local wines that taste like the earth they grew in. Every meal is a celebration of seasonal, plant-forward Tuscan flavors that fuel your body and delight your senses.
