I also hold a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and am passionate about Science, particularly biology. I hold 1:1 and group healing spaces online and offline, workshops and retreats. My approach to Healing is HOLISTIC and very grounded, addressing all 5 BODIES to restore health and wellbeing: physical, emotional, mental, energetic & spirtitual bodies.

There is a lot of injustice and abuse going on in the world and we are seeing things escalate to new levels lately.

As spaceholders, and I have been asking ourselves how to be of support in this time of deep crisis and we decided to offer again one of the most appreciated workshops we have held so far:

"A SPACE TO FEEL".

Knowing that there is so little space in our western society to be with everything that is happening, the most precious thing to offer you is a space of trust, deep listening and mutual support.

Now more than ever my friends,
we need to feel what NEEDS TO BE FELT.💔

And the best way to do this is coming together in community, in a safe and held space.

So on the evening of April 14th we gather on Zoom to

share what’s weighing on our hearts in a guided and facilitated process,

following the Work That Reconnects spiral🌀

with special emphasis on honoring our emotions of pain for the world (including numbness!)

The intention is to make space for our feelings, as well as moving from a state of loneliness and hopelessness to a renewed hope and sense of empowerment, through this group process

No debates, no advice giving, no judgement.

Just being together, honouring our feelings and reconnecting to our humanity.

No previous experience is required, just a genuine desire to share your heart.

Happy Spring Equinox🪷🌷🌺🌹

As we move from the introspective, inward energy of Winter into a more outgoing energy of Spring, let this be your reminder to be gentle with yourself during this transition.

Take it easy, allow the body to slowly calibrate to the awakening nature.

It's not time for big actions yet, but rather to invite gentle movement in the body and in your Life.

You might want to make some moves now.

But make sure whatever action you take now, is to build a strong foundation for the year ahead and for your next big expansion.

You are still getting ready, you are still preparing..for your next big bold step.

Here are some suggestions to work with the Spring energy:

🌺 Engage your senses
🌷 Go a walk, spend time in nature and smell the flowers
🪷 Indulge in self-care and little pleasures: take a bath, go to the spa, receive a massage..
🌷 Meet a friend or go to an event that lights up your heart
🌺 Do some detox
🌷 Practice gentle movement like yoga or dance
🪷 Declutter and clean your home, make a spring altar

Whatever you do, be gentle with your body.

Shedding is almost complete.
A new beginning is around the corner ✨

According to Chinese astrology, we are about to move from the Snake year 🐍 into the Horse year🐎 - moving from a challenging year of shedding and releasing the old into a new one of speed, lightness and embodiment.

Interestingly, the Chinese New Year starts on the second new moon after the winter solstice - and coincides exactly with our next New Moon gathering, this Tuesday, February 17th! 🌑

I love how it’s all falling into place.

What if 2026 is the year you anchor into your deep, soft, intuitive knowing?🌹✨

The 🌑New Moon Temple🌑 is a year-long space to slow down, listen, and realign with yourself — guided by the rhythm of the New Moon.

Why the new Moon?

The new moon, with its feminine quality,
invites us every month to cocoon
and to tap into that fertile void within us
that holds all answers.

It is a powerful time of the month,
comparable to the winter season in a yearly cycle
and to the menstruation phase in a menstrual cycle.

Similarly to the soil embracing a seed before it sprouts,
the new moon is the moment of stillness,
envisioning and intention setting
at the beginning of every lunar cycle.🌱

It’s a time we are tapped into our own wisdom,
we can receive clarity around what needs to be shed
and what needs to be invited next into our lives.

I chose the new moon
as a monthly reminder
of that softer and wiser space within us
that we can nurture,
to receive intuitive guidance,
recalibrate and replenish.

as a sacred container
for your regular reconnection:
with your inner landscape,
your body wisdom,
and the natural cycles.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on what healthy boundaries look like in challenging situations, such as when close ones need our special attention.

There is a common fear of taking on other people's "s**t" when being close and supportive.

Emotions, situations, other people’s pain can easily become our own burdens.

As if everything needed to sit on our shoulders.

And honestly? That’s when we feel drained. Heavy. Less ourselves.

There’s a subtle but crucial difference between carrying a weight and holding a space of presence.

On the outside it can look the same: we’re there, we care, we show up.
But on the inside it’s completely different.

When I’m carrying, my body is quickly depleted, my energy leaks out.
When I’m holding space, I’m still here - but I’m rooted, present, fueled by Source.

Holding space doesn’t mean fixing.
It doesn’t mean saving.
It doesn’t even mean having answers.

It means staying connected to myself while staying with what is.

And that’s something I keep relearning, especially in challenging moments.
