INNOVA HTS parteciperà al corso "ULTRASOUND GUIDED STRUCTURAL HEART INTERVENTIONS" presso la Fondazione Poliambulanza Istituto Clinico il 5 giugno 2024.

Il corso si concentrerà su interventi di chiusura di auricola e chiusura di PFO/DIA, con casi clinici in sala, discussioni e approfondimenti sugli aspetti procedurali. Saranno inoltre affrontate la valutazione ecografica pre-procedurale e l'analisi delle possibili complicanze post-operatorie.

Un'opportunità imperdibile per i professionisti del settore per acquisire conoscenze e competenze avanzate in ambito cardiologico. Non vediamo l'ora di contribuire a questo importante evento!

INNOVA HTS will participate in the course "ULTRASOUND GUIDED STRUCTURAL HEART INTERVENTIONS" at the Fondazione Poliambulanza Istituto Clinico on 5 June 2024.

The focus of the course will be on LAA (Left Atrial Appendage) closure and PFO/DIA interventions with clinical cases in the Cath Lab, discussions and in-depth analysis of procedural aspects.
Pre-procedural ultrasound evaluation and analysis of possible post-operative complications will also be addressed.

An unmissable opportunity for professionals in the field to acquire advanced knowledge and skills in the field of cardiology. We look forward to contributing to this important event!

To date, 200 OmegaLAA devices have been installed in Italy to close the left earpiece, with a total of 30 operating centers.

Its unique cup and disc design provides a secure anchorage on which the disc seals the LAA’s host. The cup is conformable, self-centering and articulated and provides a slight pulling force on the disc that covers and seals the wafer completely. Omega is a unique piece made with a platinum coated nitinol micronet, making it more radiopaque and ecogenic than uncoated devices.

First DynamX implants at IRCCS Ospedale Galeazzi Sant'Ambrogio. Thanks to dr Maurizio Tespili, dr Alfonso Ielasi, dr Dario Pellegrini, dr Mariano Pellicano and to the operating team.
The patient: male 74 yrs, NIDDM, Positive stress test and effort angina (CCS 2).
Angio: bivessel CAD involving prox-mid RCA (even DES ISR) and proximal LCx.

The treatment:
RCA: Pre-dil prox and mid segments 3.5 NC 24 atm, DynamX 3.5x38 mm RCA mid-prox. Post-dil NC 4.0 mm a 20 atm
LCx: proximal pre-dil NC 2.5 mm a 20 atm. DynamX 2.5x18 mm Cx prox
Post-dil nc 2.5 mm a 30 atm.

Dal 18 al 20 aprile 2024 abbiamo partecipato presso la Fondazione IOM (Istituto Oncologico del Mediterraneo) di Catania a ESNR-International Spine Full Hands-on course Europe.

Si è trattato di un corso pratico ai cui hanno partecipato medici professionisti provenienti da tutto il mondo e durante il quale sono stati mostrati tutti i più avanzati trattamenti percutanei della colonna vertebrale, utilizzando tutte le tecniche disponibili come Realtà Virtuale, Ecoguidata, Fluoroguidata, TC e persino RMI guidata.

Innova Hts ha partecipato all’evento con sessioni pratiche sul sistema innovativo ABSOLUTE GEL.

Un evento di grande successo per il quale ringraziamo il Prof. Luigi Manfrè, direttore del corso.

From 18 to 20 April 2024 we participated in the ESNR-International Spine Full Hands-on course Europe at the IOM Foundation (Mediterranean Oncology Institute) in Catania.
It was a practical course attended by professional doctors from all over the world and in which all the most advanced percutaneous treatments of the spinal column were shown, using all available techniques such as Virtual Reality, Ultrasound-guided, Fluoro-guided, CT and even guided MRI.

Innova Hts attended the event with practical sessions on the innovative ABSOLUTE GEL system.

We thank Prof. Luigi Manfrè, director of the course, for the success of the event.

Lo stent medicato al Anphilimus in cromocobalto balloon expandable per il trattamento delle arterie periferiche BTK, è in linea con gli stent di nuova generazione di Alvimedica, anche lo stent Cre8 si distingue per una serie di caratteristiche:

Lo stent periferico Nitides autoespandibile in Nitinol è specificamente indicato per il trattamento di patologie che coinvolgono l'arteria femorale superficiale e l'arteria poplitea prossimale. Ecco le principali caratteristiche:

Ad oggi sono stati impiantate 172 TricValve® valvole in Italia e 1000 nel mondo.
Il sistema di valvole bicavali TricValve® è un sistema di impianto transcatetere bicavale per il trattamento dell’insufficienza della valvola tricuspide e del reflusso cavale. Il sistema comprende uno stent valvolato autoespandibile per la vena cava superiore VCS ed uno stent valvolato autoespandibile per la vena cava inferiore VCI.
TRICVALVE è prevalentemente dedicato per i pazienti inoperabili o ad altro rischio chirurgico.

To date, 172 TricValve® valves have been implanted in Italy and 1000 worldwide.
The TricValve® Bicaval Valve System is a bicaval transcatheter implant system for the treatment of tricuspid valve insufficiency and caval reflux. The system includes a self-expanding valved stent for the superior vena cava VCS and a self-expanding valved stent for the inferior vena cava VCI.
TRICVALVE is mainly dedicated to inoperable patients or those at other surgical risk.
