Your Easter dinner doesn’t have to mean blood sugar chaos, here’s the simple strategy I’m following 👇
🍗 build a balanced plate- always have protein, fiber and healthy fat as the biggest part of your plate - think meat, vegetables, salad - eat that first and then enjoy the roll and dessert
👟 go for a walk after- 10 minutes of movement after Easter brunch, lunch or dinner is where the magic happens. Don’t eat and sit, even doing a few squats or just moving about the kitchen and house helps!
