Recently on a sales call I got asked: “So how do you actually work — what’s your process?”
It always starts with getting to know you. I send over a questionnaire with thoughtful questions — not just about what you like visually, but what your product is really about, and what kind of brand you want to build.
Then I do the research — deep research. I look at the space you’re in, your audience, your competitors, what’s working and what’s missing. That turns into a strategy — a kind of roadmap we’ll follow together.
Once that’s set, we start shaping the visual direction. The moodboard is where it gets exciting. This is where you’ll start to see the look and feel of your brand — colors, tone, typography, proportions. It’s my favorite moment.
From there, I usually present two distinct concepts (or just one strong one if everything feels super aligned). Then we take that and turn it into everything else: your identity, your packaging, your site, your visuals. All designed to feel intentional and cohesive.
If you're curious or want to talk about how this could look for your brand, DM me — I’ll reply to every question.
