What a way to finish the season!
Our last Tauck cooking class of the year — and what a group!
Energy, laughter, curiosity, and a true love for Italian food filled the kitchen today.
A huge thank you to my legendary Teddy Bear Matteo and to the extraordinary Micaela for making every class special.
And of course, thank you Tauck for always bringing such wonderful people to Tuscany.

Che onore è stato passare una settimana intera in un corso 1 a 1 con un giovanissimo ragazzo tedesco innamorato del cibo.

A wonderful group from many different US states — it was such a joy to cook and share our passion together.
A huge thank you to Matteo, the backbone of every class, and to Micaela for her energy and professionalism.
