- FLUOROSI - Si tratta di un eccesso di assunzione di fluoro in fase infantile che porta generalmente alla formazione di macchie bianco latte (white spots) e in alcuni casi giallo - marroni. Non è una patologia, ma è sicuramente un’anomalia estetica che va opportunamente trattata.
Paziente di 18 anni, donna, caucasica trattata con sedute di sbiancamento professionale (in studio), microabrasione e microinfiltrazione senza aver rimosso in alcun modo tessuto dentale. Il risultato è davvero soddisfacente.

- FLUOROSIS - This is an excess intake of fluoride in the infantile phase which generally leads to the formation of milky-white spots, and in some cases, yellow-brown spots. It is not a pathology, but it is certainly an aesthetic anomaly that must be properly treated.
A 18-year-old female, caucasian woman was treated with professional whitening sessions, microabrasion, and microinfiltration without removing dental tissue in any way. The result is really satisfying.

Il caso più difficile in odontoiatria, il ripristino dell'incisivo centrale superiore.
Dente fratturato con annessa lesione estratto e rimpiazzato da un impianto osteointegrato con contemporanea rigenerativa del difetto osseo nella stessa seduta.
Moncone e corona realizzati in ceramica Disilicato di Litio.

The tooth deeply fractured with a lesion is extracted and replaced by a fixture and contemporary guided bone regeneration at the same visit.
The abutment and the crown were made of ceramic lithium disilicate.
