In my inner child healing journey I remembered my favorite game - doing facial treatments and making everyone look good and feel relaxed. So when I decided to reconnect with my childhood passion and take a course, my teacher couldn’t believe how natural I was and that it was my first approach to massage. I wasn’t learning how to use my hands, I was simply remembering. Looking forward to sharing this magical treatment with you 🤲

Exactly three years ago I got pregnant with the project Breath of Life Retreat. This was when in the pandemic isolation I was in complete silence listening to my inner truth. By that time I had tried pretty much everything to conceive from the known methods, except for the IVF which wasn’t an option for me. I was healthy and so was my husband and most importantly I trust my female powers, so I decided to give myself a last chance and try a holistic approach. I put together a program for myself which I believed in and I began my healing journey. This was the end of January. Within a couple of weeks I already managed to let go of the overwhelming feeling of failure. Which was huge for me! The next month I had a womb cleanse. Hey, nobody had talked about it, but it turned out to be impossible to conceive with painful periods/clots. So now those are gone too. My period in March for the first time was so smooth I didn’t even notice it. On April the 1st we had our very first Breath of Life Retreat during which I got pregnant this time with a baby! 40 weeks later I had my son. Ever since, my mission has been to share this holistic healing method which worked for me and might work for others!

⁣Often we don’t give the importance to the level of stress we experience but when we get sick after some time, we realize how we underestimated it. It’d take a few months till I recovered from a difficult journey with a sequence of health issues, exams and treatments, till I could look at myself in the mirror and say: “I feel good and my skin is happy again”. ⠀

Here is a tip for you on how you can control your stress levels. Notice how you breathe when you sigh. If you inhale with your chest and shoulders you are likely experiencing stress. Being in a calm state - inhaling with your belly. How to breathe to reduce stress: watch the next video I’ll record for you. Stay calm 🤍🌊⠀

Оно живет только в свободном добровольном труде, не зависящем от наград и похвал, которые нам за него расточают. В том труде, который мы внесем в свой обычный рабочий день как труд любви и радости, отдав его укреплению и улучшению жизни людей, их благу, их счастью.
