NIBIT

Il NIBIT - Network Italiano per la Bioterapia e l’Immunoterapia dei Tumori - è stato istituito nel 2004, per rispondere alla necessità di creare una rete cooperativa che raccogliesse e coordinasse l'attività dei diversi gruppi italiani che si occupano della bioterapia e dell’immunoterapia del cancro. Numerosi gruppi, nel corso degli anni, hanno aderito al NIBIT con una conseguente progressiva crescita della rete e una maggiore attività in termini di progetti, iniziative e collaborazioni. In considerazione di questo sviluppo il NIBIT è stato istituito nel 2006 come associazione senza scopo di lucro.

OBIETTIVI

Gli obiettivi del NIBIT sono: a) promuovere e sviluppare l'interazione scientifica, professionale e operativa tra professionisti di vari settori (accademia, industria, agenzie regolatorie) coinvolti nella bioterapia del cancro; b) sviluppo e conduzione di studi clinici di bioterapia su tumori; c) sviluppare iniziative volte a dirigere e informare i pazienti oncologici sulle sperimentazioni cliniche attive nella rete.
