E’ appena uscito l’ articolo scientifico pubblicato su Pubmed e su Frontiersin sulla storia di mio figlio Gaetano, di 17 anni, e dopo anni di duro ed intenso lavoro sono molto onorato di condividerlo con voi tutti.
Mio figlio dapprima con uno sviluppo apparentemente normale all’ età di 3 anni ha ricevuto la diagnosi di autismo infantile regressivo, e all’ età di 8 anni a causa della componente di iperattività spinta siamo stati costretti a somministrare il Neuleptil. All’ età di 13 anni con i primi importanti impulsi sessuali è incominciato a diventare aggressivo; fortunatamente, correva l’anno 2018, quando erano già stati pubblicati su Pubmed gli studi su Autismo e Cannabis medicale del dottore israeliano Adi Aran, che riuscimmo a contattare tramite il Dr Limongelli, a conferma dei suoi studi che garantivano sul 50% dei soggetti autistici cui veniva data la cannabis medicale, una riduzione importante dei comportamenti problema. Tramite la Dr Rondinella, Presidente di Buona Sanità, ho conosciuto la Dr Titti Lombardi, massima esperta su cannabis medicale in Italia, che con il suo laboratorio galenico ha iniziato a fornirmi il prodotto dal primo agosto 2018. Credo che Gaetano sia stato tra i primi soggetti autistici in Campania a provare la cannabis, se non il primo. I risultati erano eccellenti già dopo la terza settimana ogni volta che mio figlio riceveva il CBD, diventava solare e le crisi aggressive erano solo un lontano ricordo; nel frattempo abbiamo anche provato a scalare il Neuleptil (10 gocce per tre volte al giorno) e siamo riusciti a portarlo a 3 gocce tre volte al giorno. Dopo 3 anni meravigliosi la Cannabis/ CBD insieme al Neuleptil non modulavano più. Con la maturazione sessuale di mio figlio alla età di 16 anni(aprile 2021) un giorno si è svegliato furioso ed aggressivo, ed ho visto scene che nemmeno nei film di fantascienza sarebbero state possibili: mio figlio in uno scatto di ira furiosa mi ha staccato con due mani il water da terra al bagno di servizio, le ante della cameretta a ponte divelte con una sola mano, vetri rotti, fori nei muri, etc. etc.. Quella estate fui costretto a fare vacanze separate da mia moglie e da mia figlia, rinchiudendomi in una villetta di famiglia a Baia Verde. Nel frattempo la dottoressa Titti Lombardi e il Dr Andrea Ferrari mi hanno messo in contatto con la neuroscienziata Noa Raz,israeliana dell’azienda Bazelet, con 14 brevetti nel suo ricco CV. La suddetta azienda ha preparato una miscela prototipale di CBD arricchito con terpeni specifica per Autismo. E’ dal 13 Agosto 2021 che mio figlio ha iniziato a prendere il CBD arricchito con Terpeni e il farmaco Abilify, che il Dr Giorgio Marino, con una grande esperienza maturata nel settore autismo, ci aveva indicato come sostituto del Neuleptil .
Il risultato è stato che nel giro di 8 mesi le crisi aggressive devastanti e furiose di mio figlio sono scese a zero. Le tabelle che vedrete nell’ articolo scientifico sono frutto di una presa dati estremamente importante e di report giornalieri inviati in Israele oltre svariate call con l’azienda Bazelet per fare il punto della situazione.
Il CBD non è psicoattivo e quindi non da dipendenza a differenza di altro principio della Cannabis, il THC, mentre per l’ Aripripazolo sono costretto ogni tot mesi a fare la pulizia dei neuro-recettori e non è una passeggiata, credetemi. Coloro i quali avranno la somministrazione del solo CBD avranno vantaggi se ovviamente faranno parte del 50% dei soggetti cui il principio attiva mostra i sui benefici.
Vi assicuro che 5 anni fa non è stato facile in primis trovare un medico prescrittore della Cannabis e nemmeno chi sapesse titolare il materiale e certificarlo. Oggi qualcosa sta migliorando, ma sono ancora in molti quelli all’oscuro delle potenzialità della cannabis per i soggetti autistici (vi ricordo che solo il 50% dei soggetti autistici mostrano risultati, ma vale sempre la pena provare).
Questo articolo scientifico sulla storia di mio figlio verrà tradotto anche in inglese per una massima diffusione a livello internazionale affinchè possa rappresentare una pietra miliare come cura alternativa all’ autismo, visto che ancora oggi si usano, con scarsi risultati, farmaci off label che provocano declino cognitivo, dipendenza e riduzione della massa cerebrale (vedi gli ultimi articoli del Dr Carlo Hanau in merito).Oggi purtroppo con troppa facilità si prescrivono farmaci off label e non vedo una inversione di rotta……..anzi stiamo andando in direzione opposta.
Nell’ articolo scientifico sono rappresentati tutte le fasi temporali inerenti ai farmaci off label selezionati con le relative quantità, il CBD normale con le relative quantità e infine il CBD arricchito con Terpeni, oltre tutti gli articoli scientifici correlati e la bibliografia.
Nota Importante: Se vostro figlio non è aggressivo,non è un pericolo per se stesso o per gli altri. Evitate, per quanto potete, di dare farmaci.

The scientific article published on Pubmed and on Frontiersin is related the story of my 17 year old son Gaetano, and after years of hard and intense work I am very honored to share it with all of you.
My son initially with an apparently normal development at the age of 3 received the diagnosis of infantile regressive autism, and at the age of 8 years old due to the extreme hyperactivity component we were forced to administer the Neuleptil . fiction films would have been possible: my son in a fit of furious anger pull out with two hands the toilet from the ground to the service bathroom, the doors of guardroba in his room torn off with one hand, broken glass, holes in the walls, etc. etc .. During this summer I was forced to take separate holidays from my wife and daughter, shutting myself and my son up in a family cottage in Baia Verde. In the meantime Dr. Titti Lombardi and Dr. Andrea Ferrari(Manager big expert in cannabis development market) put me in contact with the neuroscientist Noa Raz ,Israeli company Bazelet , with 14 patents in his rich CV. The aforementioned company has prepared a blend prototype of CBD enriched with specific terpenes for Autism. It is from August 13, 2021 that my son started taking the CBD enriched with terpenes and the drug Abilify , which Dr Giorgio Marino, with a great experience gained in the autism sector, had indicated to us as a replacement for Neuleptil .
The result was that within 8 months my son's devastating and furious aggressive seizures had dropped to zero. The tables that you will see in the scientific article are the result of an extremely important data taking each day and producing a dayli report sent to Israel plus several call with the company Bazelet to make the point of the situation.
CBD is not psychoactive and therefore not addictive unlike another principle of Cannabis, THC, while for the Aripripazole I'm forced every 8-12 months to clean neuro-receptors and it's not a easy moment, believe me. Autism person who will use only the CBD will have advantages if obviously they will be part of theAutism person 50% of the subjects to whom the active principle shows its benefits.
I assure you that 5 years ago it was not easy to find a doctor in the first place prescriber of Cannabis and not even those who knew how to own the material and certify it. Today something is improving, but many are still unaware of the potential of cannabis for autistic subjects (I remind you that only 50% of autistic subjects show results, but it is a chance to try).
This scientific article on my son's story will also be translated into English for maximum international circulation so that may represent a milestone as an alternative treatment for autism, due to the fact that today we are still administered drugs off label, with poor results which cause cognitive decline, addiction and reduction of brain mass (see the latest articles by Dr Carlo Hanau in literature). Today, unfortunately,the drugs off labels are prescribed too easily and I don't see a turnaround…… ..indeed we are going in the opposite direction.
Note 1:In the scientific article you could see table with Time and the relative quantities, for drug off label, for the normal CBD with the relative quantities and finally for the CBD enriched with Terpenes. Plus full of bibliography and referred articles.
Note 2: If your child is not aggressive, he is not a danger to himself or others. Avoid, as much as you can, giving drugs.
