This past year, we went through a deep transformation, I traveled across the world to India and Indonesia deepening my training as a Somatic movement and embodiment facilitator, while Zahra became a mother, giving birth to her son in Sweden. This allowed us to connect even more with our wild nature as women.

We’ve realized how important it is to keep our feet on the ground, stay rooted in our core, and take the time to appreciate every aspect of ourselves, our communities, and nature with the good and the bad, with the light and the darkness. Without trying to change it, to constantly push ourselves to the limit, to become something more, something else, something that it is not who we are.

We’ve learned to welcome our wholeness. With all of our emotions, expressions, and needs.

The main reason that inspires us to create this retreat is to share an important message with as many women as we can:

We (Rodi & Zahra) are SO excited to officially announce that the retreat is back on, and happening this autumn! We have had a year of healing, growing and birthing (yes, this time an actual baby on Zahra's end) since we started to creation process, and cannot wait to add all we've learned to the already beautiful retreat.

Stay tuned, we will soon drop all the delicious details! What we can say for now:
YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS! We are bringing more of our integrated knowledge and new practices but most importantly: our more regulated nervous systems that crave grounding, rootedness and sisterhood.

Be aware that the name of this group will soon change as the name of the retreat has changed (along with us this last year!)
