This morning? I woke up in a bad mood.
Didn’t sleep well, felt off, everything felt heavier than usual.
So, I decided to go swimming.
One hour later, something shifted. My body softened, my mind cleared, my energy changed.
I felt like a different person.
Breakfast, then gym…
Things were flowing again. Until, in the middle of the supermarket, out of nowhere, I probably twisted my ankle.
Couldn’t walk. Just like that. Lots of pain…
Managed to arrive home, some ice, a bit of rest, and good company… the day turned around again.
It wasn’t perfect, but it ended up being good. Really good.
Because I didn’t let a bad start or a bad moment define the whole day.
💬 So here’s your reminder:
You won’t always feel 100%. You won’t always feel “on.”
But you can choose to meet yourself where you are and do something small to shift it.
Movement, connection, rest. It all matters.
✨ Even the messy days have something to teach us.
And maybe today’s lesson was simple: slow down.
Because tomorrow… I’m finally taking a full day off.
First one in a long time.
And honestly? I think my body has been trying to tell me for a while now.

My name is Luiza and I am glad to meet you here. I love to travel all over the world, to discover new places and to connect with beautiful souls. And yoga means union, right?
I have been practicing yoga since 2016 and from curiosity to real addiction was just a step. After 10 years working in financial environment I decided I needed a change. I wanted to fell/be free, to enjoy for real my life, to be myself. I realized that I am not living at all if I don’t love what I do, if I don’t travel, if I don’t meet other lovely beings, if I don’t spend time in nature and connect to myself.
Therefore, this is how the new travel began. I certified as a Yoga teacher and here I am. My yoga classes embrace physical, mental and spiritual practice and they are suitable for all levels. We will focus on boosting your metabolism, rebalancing, centering and strengthening your body and mind to be ready to tackle anything that comes your way through the day.
Whether you are a beginner or a yoga enthusiast you will surely find your place here. I don’t believe in yoga competition or judgement. It is your practice, your journey and remember, you are exactly where you need to be right now.
