Many people think lower-back tension comes only from the back.

But very often, the hips are part of the story.

Long hours sitting, training, or simply moving through busy days can make the hips tight.
When that happens, the lower back often tries to compensate.

Pigeon pose is one of my favorite ways to gently open the hips and bring some space back into the body.

No forcing.
No pushing.

Just slow breathing, allowing the body to soften into the stretch.

These small, mindful moments of movement can change how your body feels throughout the day.

And this is exactly the idea behind the way I teach movement: not just making you sweat, but helping your body feel stronger, more balanced and more supported.

Inside my classes and community, we combine strength, Pilates, mobility and breath so your body doesn’t just work harder, it works better.

It’s healing your relationship with food.

Because if your mindset around eating is built on restriction, guilt and fear… no macro split will fix that.

A healthy relationship with food looks like:

• not swinging between “perfect” and “I ruined it”
• not fearing social meals
• not labeling food as good or bad
• actually noticing hunger and fullness

It means eating with awareness, not anxiety.

And here’s the truth: when you stop fighting food, your body responds better to structure.

You move better.
You recover better.
You stay consistent longer.

This is exactly the kind of foundation we build inside my community.

Not extreme dieting.
Not punishment cycles.

But calm structure.
Strength.
Education.
Support.

Because results built on self-trust last longer than results built on restriction 🤍

Today I’m celebrating the version of me who kept showing up. 🤍

Not perfectly.
Not loudly.
Not relentlessly.

Just consistently.

Through busy seasons.
Through low-energy days.
Through moments of doubt.

Caring for everyone else is easy for many of us.
Learning to also care for ourselves… that’s growth.

Not through extremes.
Not through punishment.

But through small, repeated decisions.

Move.
Rest.
Adjust.
Continue.

I’m grateful for the woman I used to be.
She built the strength I stand on today 🤍

The scale going down doesn’t automatically mean your body is improving.

When you only focus on losing weight, you often lose muscle too and that changes your shape in ways you don’t want.

The real goal?
Reduce body fat while building strength.

Resistance training protects your muscle, supports your metabolism and helps your body look firm and balanced, not just smaller.

Less obsession with weight.
More focus on strength 🤍

I used to think transformation meant:
- more intensity
- more sweat
- more pressure
- more extremes

What actually changed my body and my mind was this:

🔸Low-impact strength.
🔸Weight training.
🔸Pilates.
🔸Daily steps.
🔸Good sleep.
🔸Meditation.

No random workouts.
No punishment cycles.
No disappearing for weeks and restarting again.

Just structured movement that supports my nervous system instead of frying it.

Some days are heavier.
Some are slower.
Some are restorative.

But the rhythm stays.

Less extremes.
More intelligence.
More sustainability.

Planning the week ahead.

Organising the to-do list.

And making space, not just for work but for myself too.

My Story

Hi everyone!

My name is Luiza and I am glad to meet you here. I love to travel all over the world, to discover new places and to connect with beautiful souls. And yoga means union, right?

I have been practicing yoga since 2016 and from curiosity to real addiction was just a step. After 10 years working in financial environment I decided I needed a change. I wanted to fell/be free, to enjoy for real my life, to be myself. I realized that I am not living at all if I don’t love what I do, if I don’t travel, if I don’t meet other lovely beings, if I don’t spend time in nature and connect to myself.

Therefore, this is how the new travel began. I certified as a Yoga teacher and here I am. My yoga classes embrace physical, mental and spiritual practice and they are suitable for all levels. We will focus on boosting your metabolism, rebalancing, centering and strengthening your body and mind to be ready to tackle anything that comes your way through the day.
