Nowadays I look forward to Monday mornings😍❤️🔥At 6am🇬🇧=7.00🇩🇪🇮🇹=8.00🇫🇮 we started our week again💪🏻🔥 We do not wait for the motivation. We commit to turn up and do our own very best. That's it. We started with mobilisers & dynamic stretches (1st pic) and finished kettlebell training with tricep extensions (2nd pic) followed by stretches & energy boosting wishes💪🏻🔥

Today we honour Johan Ludvig Runeberg, Finland’s national poet who lived in the 1800s and wrote the lyrics of our national anthem 🇫🇮

I teach 80/20 healthy eating to my clients and live closer to 90/10 myself.

When it’s a national day famous for Runebergintorttu (Runeberg’s tart), you must enjoy our homemade cheeky treats in good company with zero guilt. When abroad just finding the ingredients and adjusting the oven temperature can be a challenge. I think we did pretty well this time with the little man 🤗

Admittedly, I only shared half with my husband and we gifted the rest to avoid further temptation 😅

Come to help nature and make the beach more enjoyable for adults, children, and animal paws 🐾

Meet new people, practise language skills, move, and get fresh air. We’ll have time for coffee ☕ afterwards. See poster for details👇🏻

I recommend: bring your own gloves, water bottle & be prepared for the weather.
Sparkling water, bin bags, hand sanitiser & some gloves are provided. We’re happy to accept more 😍

I never wear a wig… but today I did and I now have a huge respect for anyone who does 🫡

I had 10 minutes to turn into Alice in Wonderland, so I surprised my last PT by arriving with the wig already on 🎩🐇🤣

🇮🇹 ⚽️ Accademia Portieri Napoli questo weekend ha riunito giovani portieri dell’area di Napoli 🇮🇹. L’allenamento di sabato e domenica, dalle 10:00 alle 16:00, ha richiesto molta sisu e resilienza al nostro portiere di 9 anni 🇫🇮🇬🇧, ma si è divertito ad ogni minuto 💪🏻. Siamo così fortunati a vivere a Napoli - la città dove il calcio è sempre presente ⚽️


🇬🇧 ⚽️ Goal Keeping Academy (Accademia Portieri Napoli) this weekend united young goalkeepers across the Naples area 🇮🇹. Saturday & Sunday training, from 10:00 until 16:00, took a lot of sisu and resilience from our 9-year-old 🇫🇮🇬🇧 goalkeeper, but he loved every minute of it 💪🏻. We are so lucky to live in Naples - the city where football is always on ⚽️

Our Story

Christina Bohane is an experienced Personal Trainer. Growing up in Finland by the edge of the forest inspired in her a love of fitness and the outdoors.

Just being in better shape makes everyday activities more enjoyable: Taking a measured “little but often” approach, Christina offers exercise plans – for all ages and abilities - to help you achieve your goals even when life itself is hectic.

Perhaps you would just like to tone up? Christina has a special interest in strength and conditioning. Simple exercises using kettlebells can be the perfect answer if you like to work out in a small space, for example, at home.
