Patient with posteromedial L5–S1 root fibrosis after two surgeries.
We applied percutaneous laser on the symptomatic point to release residual fibrosis and modulate pain.

⏱️ ~5 minutes of application
✅ Patient reported an immediate improvement in symptoms—both in the foot and along the left segment involved.
