Autumn Glow Sat 4th Oct Sussex

Dreamy day yesterday at the Wild Space with gorgeous yoginis. We were blessed with beautiful sunshine all day and this wild oasis protected us from the wind! We celebrated all things related to the autumnal season through our yoga and meditation practice. Then we all had a wonderfully chilled time in the spa area.

Enjoyed a mini break in Ischia with my daughter while eyeing the island as possible yoga retreat in 2026.

We visited two thermal spa places, climbed Mt Epomeo, sailed to Procida for lunch, explored cactus garden, beaches and ate well..the food was amazing 😋😋

Who wants to come? 😍🙌🙏🧘‍♀️

Fantastic day of hosting two fully booked yoga sessions! Morning Rise focused on energising the mind and body. 'Let's Unwind' focused on rest, recovery and then revitalize with sauna and cold bath and tub! 😍😎🙏🧘‍♂️🙌
