Time for Self Care ❤ ( Address negative thoughts )
Negative thoughts are bad for health
To prevent negative thinking, there are things you can do. First and foremost recognizing that you have control over your attitude and your thoughts.
Once you understand that, the next step is to pay attention to any negative thoughts that might occur in your mind. When you notice a negative thought, it can be helpful to say ‘stop!’, in your head and redirect your attention to breathe and stay on the breath until your awareness shifted entirely.
Lastly, replace the negative thoughts with positive affirmations.
