Da Mysore a Livorno, da Ashtanga Saadhana Yoga shala a YogaPoint sarà di nuovo tra noi.
Quando? Dal 3 al 17 Giugno.
Classi Mysore tutti i giorni dalle ore 6.30, escluso il sabato. Domenica Classe Guidata.
Avremo il piacere di praticare sotto il suo occhio attento, la bravura nei suoi aggiustamenti e la sensibilità con la quale accompagna lo studente sul tappetino.

Ashtanga Yoga for Everyone
From Mysore to Livorno, from Ashtanga Saadhana Yoga shala to YogaPoint will be among us again. When? From June 3rd to 17th. Mysore classes every day from 6.30 am, except Saturday. Led Class on Sunday.
We will have the pleasure of practicing under his watchful eye, the skill in his adjustments and the sensitivity with which he teaches to the student on the mat.
