My experience is WAY MORE then fitness training online / offline now

My skills in social media and content creation has been boosted for the last year - I wanna share it with all yoga teachers and trainers who need it and search for

Vegetables and greens should have a special place in our diet.
Why actually?

Yes, because they are rich in vitamins, minerals and other useful substances necessary for the normal functioning of our body.

After 5 days of Napoletans food - I realised even deeper HOW vegetables and herbs helps to strengthen the immune system, reduce the risk of various diseases and improve digestion.

Also, do not forget about the simple techniques you can use to incorporate more vegetables into your diet.

For example, add greens and vegetables to your breakfast, use them as a snack, and of course, do not forget seasonal produce.

Every little step can make a big difference. Do not forget about your health and include more vegetables and greens in your diet every day!

Oh , how many people could be:
- happier
- healthier
- smarter
- more productive
- less negative
- charming for the loved ones
- intellectual and social self sufficient
- more beautiful
- more sexy
- more relaxed
- more reach

If they would add JUST a little morning warm up or small walk before / after job in their DAILY ROUTINE 🦩

It's not something that immediately comes to mind, but the truth is that our feet play a crucial role in our overall health and well-being.

When our feet are healthy and strong, we are able to move around with ease and maintain an active lifestyle. This, in turn, helps us maintain a healthy weight, which is one of the key factors in keeping our face looking young and vibrant. 👌

On the other hand, if we neglect our foot health, we may experience pain or discomfort when we walk or exercise. This can lead to a sedentary lifestyle, which can contribute to weight gain and a loss of muscle tone.

So, if you want to keep your face looking as young and beautiful as possible, it's important to take care of your feet.

This means wearing properly fitting shoes, maintaining good hygiene, and engaging in regular exercise and stretching.

At the end of the day, our bodies are interconnected !!!!!! and taking care of one part can have a positive impact on the rest.

So don't neglect your feet – they're more important than you might think!

Strength + stretching 🙆‍♀️

Stretching is primarily associated with flexibility and mobility, but did you know that strength training can actually improve your stretching routine? And vice versa ⚠️

By building strength in your muscles, you can increase your range of motion and flexibility, making it easier to perform stretching exercises.

In addition, strength training can be incorporated into your stretching exercises to help prevent injury. By strengthening the muscles around your joints, you provide more support and stability, reducing the risk of strains and sprains.

But do not worry, you do not have to be a bodybuilder to reap the benefits of strength training in your stretching routine. 😃

Simple bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges and planks can do wonders for building strength and improving flexibility.💕

But before we dive into it, let me ask you a question - have you ever heard of the "mind-muscle connection"? 🧠
It's a term used to describe the ability to focus on the muscle you're working on during your workout/ yoga practice, and it's a crucial aspect of physical exercises.

Now, back to "awareness". In the context of fitness, awareness refers to your ability to be present and mindful during your workouts/ yoga practice.

It means BEING AWARE of your body, your movements, your breathing, and your form.

> When you're aware during your workouts, you're able to get the most out of them - you'll be able to make it , AVOID injuries, and see better results.

> Awareness isn't just important during your workouts - it's also crucial for your overall health and well-being ❗️
