Yet, resisting change is impossible. It’s part of life. 🌍 Everything around us is constantly changing: from night to day, 🌅 shifting light, the seasons evolving 🍂❄️🌸☀️, even the cells in our bodies dying and being replaced. So, why does change feel so difficult for us? 🤔 Why do we suffer? Why do we put so much energy into resisting change, only to realize it’s unavoidable?

One major reason is the emotional baggage we carry. 🧳 Over the years, we accumulate unprocessed emotions that sit deep within us, like heavy stones weighing us down. 🪨 Often, we don’t even realize they’re there; we just feel the struggle. These old, unhealed emotions shape how we view change, often clouding our thoughts with pessimism and fear. 😞 No wonder change feels so draining.
