Day 1 — Pranayama: My First Act of the Morning
Before coffee, before messages, before the world begins — I breathe.Even when I don’t have 20–30 minutes for my full morning practice, I always give myself at least 10 minutes of pranayama. This simple habit changes everything — it brings me clarity, energy, calm, and presence.
For me, the morning is sacred. I need silence, time to raise my energy, and to connect with my intention for the day.If I start my morning by scrolling my phone or engaging in unnecessary talk, my attention scatters and my mind feels tired before the day even starts, hello attention deficit 🙂
But when I begin with breath — conscious, deep, life-giving — I feel immediately grounded and alive.Pranayama clears the fog of sleep, activates energy, and centers the mind. It’s my way of saying: I choose awareness first.

Dear Friends!
Starting from today I’ve decided to use my social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram — in a new and more conscious way. Instead of endless scrolling, I want to create interactive conversations — real exchanges of thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Every week, I’ll open a new theme — something we can explore together.Themes will revolve around spirituality, yoga, psychology, trauma healing, wellbeing, biohacking, and the art of unlocking our full potential.
I’ll share my own experiences — how I’ve overcome challenges, transformed pain into growth, and which practices, tools, and insights helped me return to a higher, healthier, and more resourceful state of body, mind, and spirit.

Each story, post, or short video will be an invitation — to reflect, to feel, to share your perspective.Because transformation begins with awareness, but it expands through connection.
My intention with this project is simple:

To use social media for something meaningful

P.S Between these photos, 9 years of my life have passed… To say that a lot has changed would be an understatement. During these years, I’ve lived in 4 different countries, opened my own yoga and meditation studio, launched my brand "Right Balance", gained a new profession - clinical psychologist and wellbeing coach, upgraded my skills in my old ones, got married and divorced, developed an autoimmune disease, found ways to heal myself — and the process is still ongoing. I still know nothing
I’m a student of life, and with each step, it becomes even more fascinating to open new doors along the journey of being human - to learn, to grow, and to rediscover myself again and again.
