The lens grasping technic was first used during the Romanesque and Early Gothic period where church halls were decorated with tinted glass. Kuboraum reinterprets this technic within their new T6 Masks by creating a translucent mosaic of lenses, featuring different colours and shapes. In T6 mosaic-like lenses are fitted in an oversized, square-shaped acetate frame featuring an angular silhouette.
When light passes through them, it is scattered and refracted, creating a gentle play of light.
