Full-Arch Rehabilitation with All-on-4 Implants 🦷

This patient, presenting with limited bone volume, received a full-arch restoration using the All-on-4 technique.

By strategically placing four implants, we achieved stable, fixed teeth without the need for extensive bone grafting.

Get • Complex full-arch rehabilitation in an elderly patient.

An 85-year-old patient with failed maxillary implants, diabetes, and hypertension was rehabilitated using the All-on-4 concept. Despite systemic challenges and compromised bone, the treatment protocol allowed for immediate functional restoration.

Key steps:
✔ Extractions of failed and compromised teeth
✔ Insertion of I8 and I5 implants for stability
✔ Augmentation with collagen for bone support
✔ Delivery of an immediate PMMA provisional prosthesis

This case highlights how advanced implant systems and digital protocols enable predictable results in high-risk patients.
