I am very lucky to have many ears that listen very carefully to my words every day.
As every privilege, it comes with a big responsibility.
Being human means growing and evolving constantly, and as I do, there are things I would do differently every single day.
I try to teach and pass along what I have learnt in 23 years of yoga, mindfulness and most recently, counselling.
As I wake up everyday I can't help but receive the day with happiness, gratitude and, yes, I'll admit, sometimes also a slight weight in my shoulders as I wonder if I'll be able to do my best for those that come to listen to my words.💜🍀
