Eat Healthfully and Enjoy It!

When it comes to weight loss, there's no lack of fad diets promising fast results. But such diets limit your nutritional intake, can be unhealthy, and tend to fail in the long run. The key to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight isn't about short‐term dietary changes. It's about a lifestyle that includes healthy eating, regular physical activity, and balancing the number of calories you consume with the number of calories your body uses.

“I don't know from where to begin. But meeting Roma and believing in her health plans was the one of the best things that happened to me in 2021 . It made my outlook change towards food and just mentally gave me the courage that I can be healthy and at the same enjoy my meals . It really taught me how to balance my eating routines . For a person who used to eat out 3 times atleast a week, I changed it to once a week very happily . It changed my relationship with fruits , from a no fruits person , I totally love them now.
Her diet plans showed results very quickly along with making me eat every 2 hrs rather than starving which most dieticians do . She really changed my lifestyle and me as a person in the 3 months I was consulting with her . Always motivated me and that's what kept me going . Today I automatically and happily choose healthier options against yummy fried , unhealthy and junk food . Not only did her diet help me in the 3 months , but also helped me a lot during my pregnancy phase as well .

Healthy eating increases energy, improves the way your body functions, strengthens your immune system and prevents weight gain.

Here are some tips that will help you to create that balance, we all know them, we just need to imply them :
* Do not skip any meal. Skipping meals lowers your metabolic rate. Normal eating includes 3 major meals and 2 snacks between meals. Also, Never skip breakfast. It is the foremost vital meal of the day.
* Learn simple ways to prepare food. Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean complicated eating. Keep meal preparation easy, eat more raw foods such as salads, fruits and vegetable juices, and focus on the pleasure of eating healthy food rather than the calories.
* It is important to stop when you feel full. This will help you maintain your weight to an extent. This also will help you remain alert and feeling your best.
* Drink lots of water. Keep a bottle of water near you while working, watching TV, etc.
* Variety of foods should be used in the menu. No single food has all the nutrients.
* To improve the cereal and pulse protein quality, a minimum ratio of cereal protein to pulse protein should be 4:1. In terms of the grains, it will be eight parts of cereals and one part of pulses.
* Eat five portions of fruit and vegetables every day.
* Keep a supply of healthy snacks to hand. This will stop you from eating an unhealthy snack when hungry.
* Remove all visible fat from food before you cook it.
* Limit stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol and refined sugar.
* Limit the number of times you eat out to once a week. Take your own packed lunch to work.
* Only eat things you like the taste of – find what works for you and don’t force yourself to eat things just because they’re good for you.

A plant-based diet can have a significant positive impact on the environment and your health. Research shows that meat and dairy products are fueling the climate crisis, while plant-based diets—focused on fruits, vegetables, grains, and beans—help protect the planet.
Obviously, we should dedicate the whole year to promoting people's health. But for one day of the year, the 7th of April, we select one thing, and we try to promote it and make sure that over the year, people keep talking about that, raising awareness and hopefully influencing others about it.
The idea is very simple. The idea is to first make sure that everybody understands the connections and links between the environment and health. If you pollute your environment, if you pollute the water you drink, the air you breathe, the food you eat, you are destroying the basis of your health that is coming from nature and you have little chance of good health. The most powerful message of this theme is a call for people to understand how much it is connected - the health of the planet and the health of the people.

Soleha approached me with an eating disorder, but what helped her overcome it, was her discipline, her dedication towards following the diet plan advised inspite of having a busy schedule.

As we say goodbye to 2021, I want to take a moment and express my gratitude for it all this year !
Thankful for all that it made me and all that I am.
I hope each and everyone of you has something to be grateful for.
Thank you 2021 for showing me that life goes on.
Allowing me to face my fears.
Teaching me to cherish the simple moments of joy.
Helping me discover the things that truly matter.
Showing me that I’m stronger than I thought.
Preparing me to let go of things that I need to before I move on to 2022.
Getting healthy is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself. You don’t have to be extreme but be consistent. Hustle for that muscle 😉 2022 is the year for a healthier You 🥳

Poor nutrition can contribute to stress, tiredness, our capacity to work and overtime, it can contribute to the risk of developing some illnesses and other health problems such as being overweight or obese, tooth decay or high blood pressure.

Meet Amisha, a new mother to a toddler, who joined me 3 months ago. With lots of ups and downs, a break due to personal reasons, balancing her home & office work. All this and more while looking after her toddler, she still managed to achieve her goals and is still working towards getting healthier. Hats off to this superwoman for her discipline and dedication. More than worrying about the number on the scale, she concentrated on getting fitter each day 🙌 She tried to incorporate the diet given in the best possible way and I appreciate all the efforts put in to lose 10kgs and 16inches overall 👏💯
