Two wonderful days of Feldenkrais advanced training in Brussels flew by!
"Fluidity and Form - The Secret Life of Our Shoulder Girdle" was a success.

Movement, learning, fun, discovery, inputs, adaptation. It is always a pleasure to share insights on the method and how I experience and interpret it.

A big thank you to all those involved in the organisation of the event, and to the people who attended.

Already planning for next year's topic!

Il training Feldenkrais "Monferrato 3" è da poco finito. I meravigliosi studenti del corso hanno ricevuto il loro certificato ufficiale di Insegnanti del Metodo Feldenkrais.

Ma il training è e dà molto più di questo: nel corso dei 160 giorni passati a praticare insieme, questo fantastico gruppo di persone è andato via via sviluppando un legame profondo e nutriente.

Oltre alla conoscenza del metodo e di sè stessi, i ragazzi si salutano con una nuova comunità di colleghi e amici pronta a sostenerli nei primi passi da insegnanti.

È stato un piacere e un onore poter accompagnare e guidare questi esseri umani nel loro percorso di movimento, scoperta e fare domande, senza aspettarsi la risposta giusta. Tante condivisioni, abbracci, esplorazioni e una pièce teatrale di fine corso degna dei migliori palchi!

Un enorme grazie a tutti gli Insegnanti Formatori che sono venuti a condividere il loro modo di applicare il metodo: , Cornelia Georgus, Francesco Ambrosio, , Martin Mosimann, .borella.

Gratitudine anche ad ed e alla nostra cara casa Ca' Poggio, che hanno accolto e ospitato con amore questo percorso.

Il Feldenkrais non è un metodo, è un modo di vivere.

Few images from the last stop of my teaching journey which took me around Europe for quite a bit!

The Madrid 6 group, which I have the pleasure to direct, was such a wonderful mix of people from all kinds of backgrounds.
Teaching to such a diverse public was incredibly inspiring and stimulating.

Now teaching the very last segment of my Monferrato 3 training in Italy 🥹🥹

Topic: The secrets of the shoulder girdle

Through ATM and FI practice, we will be exploring the functionality of the shoulder girdle. Its connection to the centre and how we can use and work with this incredible system that connects us to the world.

The past August segment with our Milano- Levico 7 International Feldenkrais training was incredibly full. Of movement, learning, laughter, encounters, challenges, feelings.

I am grateful to the students, who make all this possible. To my collaborators, who help me and support me along this path. To my teachers and colleagues, continuously inspiring me. To Moshe, for leaving such an incredible practice to explore.

Our skeleton Kevin is now resting at home, while I am already travelling to other countries and sharing the wonders of Feldenkrais with other students from other Trainings. Munich first, now Barcelona... and onwards!

The first 12 days of the long August segment of the Milano-Levico 7 Feldenkrais professional training just finished.

During my day off, while preparing the following week, I think back of how dense with explorations and experiences these first days have been.

Rolling, folding, lengthening, twisting, laughing, struggling... supervising a soon-to-be-Trainer Simone Roloff. New students, new collaborators, lots of visitors.

Changing mind, changing way, changing point of view, changing habits.
Movement is everywhere, in everything we do, and don't do!

Glad to be part of all this!

La mia seconda esperienza in Cina si è conclusa con sette intensi giorni di insegnamento a Shanghai, insieme al meraviglioso gruppo del training Shanghai 3.
È stato un grande piacere condividere il Metodo Feldenkrais in un ambiente così ricettivo, attento e stimolante.

Grazie di cuore a tutte le persone coinvolte — partecipanti e organizzatori — per aver reso possibile uno spazio accogliente e vivo, dove apprendimento e consapevolezza hanno potuto fiorire.
Ci siamo evoluti insieme, passo dopo passo, movimento dopo movimento.

7 days of teaching with the wonderful students of the Beijing Feldenkrais professional training.

Now in Shanghai for some more adventures and learning.
