We’ve released our 2025 Consolidated Sustainability , prepared in accordance with the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive ( ). Among the key achievements was a strengthened commitment to combating and managing responsibly. Some highlights:

✅ Science Based Targets initiative ( ) validation of our climate strategy , outlining concrete actions to reduce direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 42% and indirect emissions (Scope 3) by 25% by 2030 compared to 2023;
🌱 17% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions compared to 2023, primarily due to a decrease in Scope 3 emissions;
♻️ 83% renewable electricity purchased in 2025 (up from 80% in 2024);
🫱🏻‍🫲🏽 assessment of 100% of direct suppliers and 46% of indirect suppliers;
📈 Strong ESG performance, with an “AA” MSCI rating and a “B” CDP Climate Change score, both aligned with or above industry benchmarks.

Amplifon announces today that it has signed a definitive agreement with for the acquisition of its entire division, , with a combination of stock and cash. This strategic transaction - which is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions - brings together two highly complementary global leaders to address the growing demand for advanced health solutions.

Amplifon Chairperson said: “This milestone allows us to pursue even more effectively the mission with which my family founded Amplifon over 75 years ago and has guided its growth ever since: to provide outstanding care to a growing number of people, helping them rediscover the full emotions of sound and live their lives to the fullest.”

Amplifon CEO Enrico Vita said: “Today marks a turning point. We are announcing the most significant acquisition in our 75-year history, that will fundamentally change the future of the hearing care industry worldwide and create significant and long-term value for our stakeholders.
