This year, Puglia has shone on the international stage, and our region has become an unmissable destination on the agenda of travellers and investors alike.It's still the right time to buy: village houses or agricultural land to build your dream. 💙

Opportunities still exist, but faced with strong demand, municipalities are starting to restrict building permits, and the criteria are becoming increasingly strict regarding plot sizes.
So, if your desire is to relocate to Puglia or invest in a second home, now is the moment! 😎😎

You have to be patient here: a project can easily stretch over two to three years before its final completion.💙

It's been a long break that has led me to this end of the year, which is gently settling in around the world.

Living in Puglia isn't always a quiet life. In the countryside, there's always something to do!

As soon as the olive harvest is over, many small festivities spring up to highlight the seasonal products of our local terroir.🌿
Those who take over their olive groves will be kept very busy..🌳
