🌀 Il Gong è lo strumento principe nella creazione di suoni terapeutici.

Durante un Bagno di Gong, per effetto del Principio di Risonanza, si armonizza e si ripristina la naturale frequenza degli organi interni del corpo umano, stimolando e riattivando tutti i centri energetici sottili: si parla di “bagno”, perché si ha la sensazione di essere immersi in un oceano vibrazionale di suoni che danno benessere e pace.

Grazie alle particolari frequenze prodotte dai gong si stimolano l’integrazione emisferica e la produzione di onde cerebrali alfa e theta, che permettono di accedere a livelli mentali profondi attivando processi di auto-guarigione.

✨ONE DAY YOGA RETREAT✨

Siamo felicissimi di presentare questo mini ritiro di fine agosto, in cui alla magia di una pratica di Yoga e Meditazione al tramonto 🧘🏻‍♀️ si unirà un momento di condivisione a base di buon cibo e un bel calice di vino 🍷 ovviamente sotto il cielo stellato che nella nostra campagna è più luminoso che mai!

e The Yoga House Modica guideranno una lezione a quattro mani, in cui avrete modo di sperimentare diversi tipi di energia: quella più dinamica e fluida dell’Ashtanga Yoga e quella lenta e morbida dello Yin Yoga, seguite da un momento di meditazione in cui lasciar sedimentare la pratica assorbendone pienamente i benefici ☯️
