Choose a ‘Sankalp’/ resolve from four Universal categories to personalise your practice and try them on or tweak them till they fit just right:
Egs.
• Soul- to seek wisdom/ to find meaning/ to feel inspired
• Heart- to feel a sense of belonging, to balance self and community care, to seek harmony, to embrace the dark and light.
• Mind- to count my blessings, to experience generosity
• Body- to feel well, to be at home in my skin.
