In this workshop we will explore the true purpose of yoga and reconnect with ourselves.
Kriyas (purifying) & Pranayama (breath control) will be integrated into the asana practice.
2. 14:00-17:30- Discover Inner Love: OPEN
Finding a healthy balance between flexibility & strength, between openness & vulnerability and stability. From joy all the beings have come & to joy we will all return!
DAY 2: Secrets of Love
3. 09-12.30- Transform your Body :AWAKEN
In this workshop we will reach the major transformation through chanting and asana and what it means to connect, reflect, understand and ultimate love.
4. 14:00-17:30 Transform your Soul:
OMM
Putting it all together. Chakra Workshop. Kundalini Energy. Maybe some ta***ic practices.
