The Cadillac, Barrels & Chairs 1 classical Pilates teacher training intensive was just that: INTENSE!

As we dove deep into the Pilates system we also dove deep into ourselves (and the sea!).

This international group from Norway, UK, Poland, Sardinia, Rome, Trento, Florence, Agrigento & Palermo exchanged themselves through the work, enriching each other as the week progressed.

Thank you for your presence - thank you for your effort.

And the biggest thank you to our beloved teacher who created this Pilates E-motion magical space for us to flourish 💜
