Hello to those reading, my name is Lauren Maynard, Doctor of Chiropractic. I recently moved to Mallorca, Spain to practice chiropractic and embrace Spanish speaking locals, tourists, (German, English, Dutch, Russian), yacht crews, of all ages and come experience the benefits of a chiropractic, healthy lifestyle. For those who know technique, I went to Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa. I implement physiotherapy and trigger point work into my treatments, with Diversified, SOT, approach to healing. In the United States, I worked with patients who had car accidents, whiplash, and sports injuries. My goal is for patients to obtain their maximum quality of life and resume their activities of daily living. Prevention is the best way to avoid injuries, and not wait until you are in pain, thus avoiding symptom-care. I don't want to patch you up, I want to treat the cause of your pain.
