Open call for youth workers!
📌Erasmus+ training course “Rabbit on the Moon: An Embodiment Journey for Youth Workers”
📅Dates: 23-27 April 2026
Location: Fresno de Cantespino, Segovia, Spain
🐇 Rabbit on the Moon is a 5-day immersive training course designed for those who want to bring the power of the body into their educational work. In a world that is often fast-paced and disconnected, we invite you to step back, gain perspective, and return to your community grounded and inspired.
✨🧘Through embodiment, authentic movement, and kinesthetic learning, we will explore how understanding our own emotions and physical presence allows us to connect more deeply with others. This is a space to "spice up" your daily practice with tools rooted in mindfulness, ethics, and safety.
You will have the opportunity to:
● Explore body-based principles to enhance your workshops and youth programs.
● Practice self-regulation and empathy through daily meditation and movement
(influenced by Butoh).
● Engage in dialogue on ethics, accessibility, and inclusivity in body-work.
● Connect with nature and arts (poetry, storytelling) as tools for well-being.
● Co-live in a learning community, practicing care for yourself, others, and the
environment.
This program is for you if you are:
● A youth worker, educator, or mentor looking to support youth well-being in a mindful way.
● Experienced in non-formal education or a professional/student in psychology and mental health.
● Motivated by movement, dance, meditation, or arts.
● Working with (or motivated to support) young people facing social or personal
challenges.
● 18+ years old and able to communicate in basic English.
● Willing to co-live, contribute to community tasks, and share your learning back home
