La montagna è una maestra paziente.

Chi corre in montagna questo lo sa bene:
si sale, si rallenta, si guarda il cielo, si riparte.
Ogni passo è una scelta. Ogni scelta un pezzo di strada.

E la vita funziona allo stesso modo.
Ci mette davanti pendenze, curve, discese improvvise.
Ci chiede di dosare energie, di fidarci delle gambe e della testa.
Di essere pazienti. Di essere presenti.
