Pizza evening!
Once per week we organise a evening where we prepare, togheter with our guests and volunteers, farinata, pizza, focaccia al formaggio and bread. Sometime we also make some cookies or cake!😋

Thanks to drone pictures, a new tribe have been discovered in the middle of the forest in the Ligurian mountain (Italy)!

If anyone have further Information please tell us in the comments....

They are use to sleep in tents hidden in the forest, where in the evening, around the fire they are use to celebrate rituals and dances, at the rhythm of guitars and djembé!😨

They talk Toki Pina, but also several others languages, and it seems they understand each other also when speaking different languages.😨

The grows their own food directly from the ground; and they consume it raw, without washing it.
Once par week, it seams they also use a rudimental pizza oven, where they cook delicious pizza, bread, focaccia Al formaggio and farinata. 😨

They have seminomadic attitudes, so several months par year, when they are not on the settlement, they use to travel around the world, collecting love and experience.😨

They don't seems to be dangerous, and according with the Airbnb reviews of the few people that visit them and survive, they seems to be quite friendly! 😨

Finally, since 17/01/2019, after a long bureaucratic odyssey, is officially a B&B. I would like to thanks all the guys who started and carried on this adventure with me, volunteering and sharing ideas and emotion!

Welcome to join our team!

Winter is almost ended, but we will still need the help of our eco-friendly heating stove, that provides us cosy temperature and hot water for the whole cold season.
For sure, leaving in the middle of a forest, warming up with wood is the most convenient way, but is also, by far, the most respectful of the nature. When preparing the wood we help at the same time the forest to grow healthy and pretty! We never cut down old secular trees, we first clean the forest from the dry wood, and then we work in a way that is more like a pruning and gardening the forest than a killing trees process. In the same way the old people have done here for millennium, with respect and in perfect balance with the nature.

In inverno a Dezerega, non potendo ammirare il tramonto direttamente a causa delle montagne che nascondono l'orizzonte in direzione sud ovest, bisogna accontentarsi dei riflessi del sole sui monti dell'Appennino, localmente dominati dal maestoso Ramaceto (1350m)!
