The first training week of the Wellbeing Academy offered us the opportunity to explore new ways of integrating training and wellbeing within educational contexts.
Among the activities, a mindful walking experience invited participants to slow down, observe, and cultivate present-moment awareness.
It was both a professional and personal journey, enriched by new connections, insights, and ideas to foster wellbeing in adult education.

Yesterday our colleagues started their first mobility within the Erasmus+ project Wellbeing Academy.

They are attending the Mindfulness course hosted by Idevelop Málaga, a training experience focused on strengthening presence, emotional balance and self-awareness.

These days in Málaga offer an opportunity to explore mindfulness practices and reflect on how these tools can support personal wellbeing, enrich their professional practice once back home, and be shared with us.
