The Smile Café project brought us to , Lithuania, where partners met to work together on the development of the project.
We were welcomed by the Lithuanian partner Baltic Skills, together with the partners EureCons Förderagentur GmbH and Alp activating leadership potential , to continue the collaborative work of the project.

With the European project Smile Café, we are creating a space for meeting and connection dedicated to people aged 55+, designed to counter loneliness and to value every stage of life.

Through moments of sharing, listening and activities that stimulate the mind and relationships, Smile Café promotes wellbeing, cognitive vitality and participation.
Within the project, there will also be opportunities to approach the digital world in a simple and accessible way, helping participants feel more confident and involved in a rapidly changing society.

The goal is to support the idea that ageing can be a season of growth and new possibilities.
A small community space where people can continue to flourish, cultivating relationships, interests and a sense of belonging.

Within the Wellbeing Academy, an Erasmus+ project dedicated to adult wellbeing and education, we promote practices of awareness, listening and attention to everyday life.
Slowing down allows us to pay attention to what we experience, without automatic reactions.
Listening – to others and to ourselves – requires time, presence and intention. In this way, we can recognise our own rhythm and build more conscious and authentic connections.
Awareness begins with attention, here and now.

Yesterday, at Polveriera in Reggio Emilia, Progetto Crescere held its final local event within the framework of the European project Neurodiversity and Art Therapy
(Project Number: 2023-2-R001-KA220-YOU-000180487).

A shared journey with our partners IRARU.org - Culture & Integration and Suntem Diferiți pentru Copii Diferiți , aimed at strengthening professionals’ skills in using art-based techniques to support young people with neurodevelopmental disorders, fostering emotional well-being and social participation.
Over the past months, we have worked on training activities, piloting creative workshops, and engaging in European exchange and collaboration.
Art has become a shared language, a safe space, and a tool for connection.
The event was a moment of reflection, sharing, and community an opportunity to present the work carried out and highlight the experiences developed throughout the project.

Thank you to everyone who participated, to the professionals involved, and to the young people who took part in the pilot activities.

A special thanks to Braunegg for leading the session and to our European partners for their collaboration and trust.

Within the Wellbeing Academy, an Erasmus+ project focused on adult education and wellbeing, we promote practices of awareness, listening and attention to everyday life.

Taking the time to pause and observe intentionally allows us to recognise what often goes unnoticed and to rediscover the value of the ordinary, which can become extraordinary when we give it time and attention.

Yesterday our colleagues started their mobility in Vienna within the Erasmus+ project Wellbeing Academy.

They are attending the Leadership of the Body training course hosted by ALP Network, an experiential programme focused on embodied leadership and body awareness.

During the first day, participants engaged in practical and experiential activities using the body to recognise physical sensations in situations of stress. The training supports the development of self-centering skills and conscious leadership through embodied practices, strengthening awareness, presence and emotional regulation.

This experience offers valuable tools that can enhance both personal wellbeing and professional practice, and will be shared with our team once back home.
