Settimana dedicata all'analisi posturale.
Momento fondamentale per valutare la postura e costruire,partendo da quelle che sono le esigenze del cliente,un protocollo personalizzato di allenamento (Pilates, ginnastica posturale, ginnastica funzionale, preparazione fisica,recupero funzionale post infortunio,ecc).
L'allenamento è una scienza e nulla deve essere lasciato al caso.

PLEASE EDUCATE PEOPLE THAT PILATES IS NOT ONLY REFORMER.
I hate this fashion & commercial Reformer moment. The Reformer is a great piece of equipment but it's just one of the wonderful Pilates inventions. It's not true that the real Pilates is on the Reformer, not true that you obtain more from working there, not possible to help any Body to improve just by using it. REAL PILATES is working with all pieces of equipment. Each one of them has something special. Many movements can be performed on different apparatus but the Teacher should put the student on the one which is the best for that body.
