Five years after surgery. A long-term result following a comprehensive periorbital rejuvenation approach, combining:

• Upper blepharoplasty
• Temporal MORE® technique
• Dynamic canthopexy
• Periorbital fat grafting

The key concept in this case was restoring support and tension to the lid–cheek junction and lateral canthus without opening the lower eyelid.

Through the Temporal MORE® vector and dynamic canthal support, it was possible to reposition and stabilize the tissues, correct laxity and festoons, and improve orbital contour while fully preserving natural expression.

Just a few months after surgery, this case clearly shows how essential orbital rejuvenation is in achieving a truly balanced facial result.

Along with a Total SMAS face and neck lift, we applied my Temporal MORE technique combined with a canthopexy, addressing one of the patient’s main concerns: correcting a rounded lower eyelid shape that gave her a tired, sad appearance and restoring the natural shape of her eyes.

The Temporal MORE is the ideal technique to work on the lateral canthus and periorbital support without any incision on the lower eyelid, allowing precise repositioning while preserving the patient’s original eye expression.

Six months after surgery, this result speaks with clarity and balance.

What started as a complete profile reshaping has now reached a stage where the tissues have settled, the proportions have stabilized, and the face has found its new harmony.

As the year slowly comes to its final weeks, this feels like a good moment to pause and reflect.

It has been an intense and meaningful year.

In July, we opened the doors of our new Plastic Surgery Clinic: a space that already represents a major step forward and that will continue to grow in the coming months with the addition of dedicated operating rooms.

At the same time, we’ve been working behind the scenes on major educational projects, including The New Frontiers of Face Lifting 2026, which is steadily taking shape for next May.

Today we reviewed this patient again, operated in September 2024: a case that perfectly reflects the value of a personal, anatomically guided approach.

By combining my Temporal MORE technique with a canthoplasty, we repositioned the lower eyelid and lateral canthus, correcting a severe ectropion without the need for skin grafts or flap procedures.

Targeted fat grafting completed the reconstruction by restoring structural volume and improving the appearance of the scars.

What truly stands out at this follow-up is the stability of the result: the lateral canthus remains in a natural, sustained position, the eyelid contour is harmonious, and the temporal support obtained through the MORE vectors remains evident.
