One year after surgery. The power of a comprehensive approach.

In recent years, combined surgery has become increasingly popular and for good reason. When different techniques and specialties come together, the results can be far more effective and natural.

This patient is a perfect example. Together with my friend and colleague, maxillofacial surgeon Dott. Valerio Ramieri Chirurgo Maxillo-Facciale we performed an osseous remodeling combined with a Total SMAS face lifting and a lip lift.

Two years later - a nose that looks natural, balanced, and truly his.

This is the case of a male patient who underwent a primary rhinoplasty. With male patients, the challenge is always to refine and correct without altering the strength and character of the face. The goal is never a “different nose,” but rather one that fits harmoniously within the patient’s own features.

In this case, we focused on reshaping the dorsum, refining the tip, and improving proportions, all while respecting the masculine profile. The surgery aimed at correcting functional and aesthetic issues, but with an emphasis on preserving a natural look.

Just 2 months after surgery, and the change is already remarkable

This is the case of a 60-year-old male patient who came to me with severe laxity of the lower face and neck.

The goal was clear: achieve a noticeable improvement while keeping the result so natural that no one could point out he had surgery.

This result comes 3 months after a facelift combined with upper blepharoplasty, performed to address signs of aging in the mid and lower face, as well as heaviness and skin excess in the upper eyelids.

The facelift allowed us to restore support to the deep structures of the face, improve jawline definition, and soften deep lines, all without creating tension or distortion.

✨ One year later — and finally, herself again.

This result comes 12 months after a Temporal MORE and fat grafting, in a complex case with a delicate history: the patient had previously undergone permanent filler injections in the zygomatic area, which led to asymmetry and unnatural volume.

After several removal attempts, we proceeded with surgery only when the tissue was ready for a safe and stable correction.
