Inner researcher for over twenty years, I have faced many difficulties due to multidysfunctional situations from my past. First psychotherapy, then bioenergetics, then finally the world of Osho, with years of individual therapy and groups, focusing on relationships, sexuality, meditation and body. Willing to share my own energetic and spiritual path’s experience, today I am a certified teacher of the Learning Love Institute, offering a support to those who are in a process of inner transformation. Le parole SBAGLIATE sono come chiodi, martellati in un muro. Quando li levi, lasciano sempre il segno.
Pensate sempre bene alle parole da dire ai bambini...i segni lasciati saranno per sempre un triste ricordo nella loro memoria, potendone influenzare la crescita e lo sviluppo: traumi, bassa autostima, problemi di relazione...

Cerchiamo sempre di “segnare” i bambini con rispetto, utilizzando parole di incoraggiamento, autostima, Amore!
I bambini hanno tanto bisogno dell’aiuto degli adulti, per costruire la propria identità e la propria storia

A 26 anni il breakdown e poi la scelta “Non posso volere questo per la mia vita, lo devo all’amore che ho per me stesso”. Ho cominciato con la psicoterapia classica, poi la bioenergetica e infine il mondo di Osho, con anni di terapia individuale e gruppi, rivolgendo particolare attenzione alla relazione consapevole, all’uomo e all’energia maschile, all’intimità, alla meditazione ed al corpo. Oggi sono un insegnante certificato del Learning Love Institute, perché ho sentito il desiderio di offrire l’esperienza del mio percorso energetico spirituale come supporto a chi si trova in un processo di trasformazione interiore.
