Nature is waking up, the lymph is starting to flow again, and the first little leaves are appearing on the trees. It was windy today, but it was still worth exercising outside.
And what did I do today to stimulate lymph flow?

1) Sparrow flapping its wings: to activate the muscle pump and support arm self-drainage, 10x

2) Shoulders forward and backward: to stimulate lymph nodes in the armpit and collarbone area, 10x

3) Stork: knee up, out to the side, and leg down, 5 + 5, stimulation of lymph nodes in the groin area

4) Bunny hops: 30x, self-drainage of the whole body

My lymphatic routine – here are the three exercises for today to stimulate lymph flow:
1) 5 deep breaths (inhalations and exhalations) to activate the deep lymphatic system.

2) Robot – to improve circulation and coordination, repeat 10 times.

3) Around the world – try 3 times in one direction and then the other, to support circulation and self-drainage.

Here are 5 simple ways to stimulate lymphatic circulation:

1) Movement and exercise
Walking, light jogging, or swimming.
Every rhythmic movement “pumps” the lymph, because the lymphatic system does not have its own heart.

2) Deep breathing
Abdominal breathing helps stimulate lymph flow and supports its natural movement.

3) Manual lymphatic drainage
A gentle massage technique that promotes lymph flow and drainage.

4) Adequate fluid intake
Lymph is largely made up of water, so it’s important to drink enough.

5) Contrast shower
Warm → cold.
Helps activate the vessels and improve circulation.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a very gentle technique that stimulates the lymphatic system and promotes the natural drainage of excess fluids in the tissues. It can help reduce swelling, improve lymphatic circulation, support the body’s detoxification, strengthen the immune system, and provide a pleasant sense of relaxation and lightness in the body. It is often used to relieve the sensation of heavy legs, support recovery after certain procedures, and enhance overall well-being.
Manual lymphatic drainage is not recommended in the presence of acute infections, fever, thrombosis or thrombophlebitis, untreated hypertension, heart failure, oncological conditions, or edema related to heart, kidney, or liver diseases. In case of doubt or pre-existing conditions, it is always advisable to consult your doctor before undergoing the treatment.
