Super proud and excited to be a part of Dreamfarer: Echoes of Anima - Music and Arts Festival 2025.

On Sunday afternoon I will be facilitating a soul-soothing Yin & Yang Elemental Journey + Sound Bath with two amazing artists Dr. K and Kitti.

Inspired by the elemental wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this practice aims to awaken the meridians activating the body’s natural energetic pathways. A journey of presence, harmony and renewal - held by the forest, guided by the elements.

Expect deep openings, subtle energetic waves and a sensory journey to reconnect body and spirit.
