Within the last couple of years regenerative aesthetics has seen an extraordinary explosion in application of Exosomes, Secretomes and Growth Factors in cellular therapies.

What is the difference between Exosomes and Secretomes and why Amplex Plus technology is Secretome based?

In essence, Secretomes and Exosomes share many common features. Both have complex composition, profound biological significance and play key role in intercellular communication.
Mode of release and structural composition is what makes them different.

AMPLEX Plus is proprietary technology based on high yield of signaling molecules derived from organic bovine colostrum.

After parturition, released hormone oxytocin causes the contraction of the muscles surrounding the alveoli and ducts within the mammary glands, leading to the ejection of colostrum into the teat ducts.

Once oxytocin triggers milk ejection, secretory vesicles containing colostrum move towards the apical surface of the mammary epithelial cells. These vesicles fuse with the cell membrane, releasing their contents (colostrum) into the ducts of the mammary glands.

High yield of Secretomes from bovine colostrum contain the totality of signaling molecules and proteins, including Exosomes, Growth Factors, Chemokines and Cytokines, working synergistically and promoting renewal and repair of skin cells, crucial for maintaining tissue function, elasticity, and youthful appearance.
