Join us for Dreaming With the Ancestors - Dreams are messages from our souls - quiet lanterns guiding us toward truth, healing, and remembrance. In this 5-week course, we’ll explore how ancestral wisdom moves through those messages, meeting us in symbols, sensations, and the gentle spaces between. We’ll be employing simple, intuitive art practices to help us process what we’re learning, giving form to the insights and emotions that rise from our dreams. Together, we’ll cultivate a grounded dream practice, open to ancestral presence, and create a warm community for sharing what rises from the night. If you’ve felt the pull of something ancient, this is your invitation. We meet for five consecutive Sundays at 11am. Recordings will be made available.

Our next journey! From the mountains of Cilento to the valleys of Lucania, water has always been revered as sacred. Springs welling up from rock, grottoes breathing vapors from the underworld, rivers marking the edge of fertile plains - all were seen as thresholds between human and the divine.

Archaeology shows that people gathered at these waters many thousands of years ago. They left offerings beside sulphurous springs as part of a Bronze Age cult of healing. At Paestum and the Sele River mouth, Hera was honored with countless terracotta votives, prayers for fertility and safe childbirth. In Lucania, the goddess Mefite received dedications at pools and vaporing caves, where her healing and chthonic powers met.
