With a heart filled with nothing but gratitude, I’m happy to share a few snippets of my journey on the road to becoming a certified yoga instructor.

I spent a month at the Yoga school and had the opportunity to train with the most incredible teachers to gain an intensive understanding of the techniques that go into this ancient practice.

We learnt so much from Swami Govindananda Ji who was amazing with his teaching techniques and so humble and kindhearted throughout the way.

This is the first step in a very long journey in my yogic practice and I can’t wait to share more. Atha yoga anusanam 🧘
