Un cliente ci ha richiesto una soluzione per un’applicazione semplice ma allo stesso tempo particolare.
Si tratta di un semplice O-Ring in EPDM 60 shore montato su un tappo filettato in plastica che verrà aperto poche volte in anni di vita del prodotto. Dopo mesi/anni la guarnizione si incollerebbe al componente in plastica rendendo difficoltosa l’apertura e probabilmente si danneggerebbe.
abbiamo proposto un trattamento superficiale per evitare l’incollaggio e ridurre l’attrito e che garantisca l’effetto per lungo tempo.

A customer of us asked for a solution for a simple but at the same time particular application.
A simple O-Ring in EPDM 60 shore assembled on a threaded plastic cap that will be opened only a few times in the life of the product. After months/years the gasket would stick to the plastic component making it difficult to open and would probably be damaged.
We have proposed a surface treatment to avoid sticking and reduce friction and which guarantees the effect for a long time.
