रूह-ए-दारी 🌹

“जो रूह को छू ले वही असल सफ़र होता है,
हर मिलना मुकम्मल नहीं… कुछ मिलना ही मुसलसल असर होता है।”
रूह-ए-दारी… एक महफ़िल नहीं,
एक दायरा है—जहाँ दिल अपनी परतें उतारता है
और रूह अपनी असल आवाज़ में बोलने लगती है।

क्योंकि दिल ने पुकारा कि एक ऐसी जगह हो
जहाँ लोग सिर्फ़ दिखें नहीं… महसूस हों,
जहाँ मिलना सिर्फ़ मुलाक़ात न हो… बल्कि एक जुड़ाव बन जाए,
जहाँ हर दिल को यह इजाज़त मिले
कि वो जैसा है… वैसा ही रह सके।

रूह-ए-दारी का हिस्सा बनना मतलब—
अपने अंदर उतरना,
अपने एहसासों को दबाना नहीं… सजाना,
अपने दर्द को बोझ नहीं… एक रौशनी बनाना।

यह दायरा तुम्हें बदलेगा नहीं,
यह तुम्हें तुम्हारी ही गहराई से मिलवाएगा।

अगर तुम्हारा दिल भी कभी ये महसूस करता है
कि तुम सिर्फ़ जीने के लिए नहीं…
महसूस करने के लिए बने हो—

तो रूह-ए-दारी तुम्हें बुला रही है। 🌙

I thought healing would come
by changing the outside—
places, people, outcomes…

But in the space of sound,
something deeper revealed itself—

Nothing outside truly shifts
until something within softens… and rises.

Sound healing is not just relaxation,
it is a return.

A return to your natural frequency—
where the breath slows,
the mind quiets,
and the heart begins to open… gently, honestly.

Here, nothing was forced.
Nothing was fixed.
We simply allowed ourselves to listen—
and in that listening,
something within began to rise.

Your vibration is not a trend
or a temporary high.

It is your inner climate—

Returned to Matrimandir after seven years
and realised nothing here had changed…
except me.

Each return, each experience,
has only deepened my capacity to love
quieter, truer, more rooted.
Integral yoga now feels like a lived choice:
to nurture mind, body, and spirit together,
and let evolution unfold through awareness, not force , not performance , but as a gentle beingness!

Here, consciousness doesn’t ask you to become anything.
It gently reminds you of what you already are.

In this quiet convergence,
the psychic mind bloomed into joy,
and joy matured into self love which was purely evolutionary!!

Some assertions I found myself making ,

I choose to nurture my being
mind, body, and spirit together.
I choose alignment over ambition,
presence over pressure.

Using this precious time on this planet
not to escape life,
but to evolve with it.

जिसे इश्क़ कहते हैं ना,
वो खुद से मिलने की साधना है , तलाश नहीं है तपस्या है !

Also went to the Ganesha temple and a very old church , which established that each place of worship is actually asking you for one thing that’s “truth” being true to your divine freedom and expressing it in your choices to BE WHO YOU ARE 🥰
