I rischi della musica illegale.

La Musica è da sempre una compagna di lavoro molto apprezzata da chi lavora nel mondo del benessere e aumenta il senso di rilassamento in chi frequenta i centri.
Compagna di piacere e distensione, essa rappresenta un utile supporto emotivo a chi vuole offrire un benessere che coinvolga fisico e mente, in un viaggio armonioso di rigenerazione del corpo e dello spirito attraverso le attività del centro.
Qualunque sia la vostra scelta, la musica deve rispettare delle regole. Secondo la legge 248/2000 (art. 171- ter) è punibile con la reclusione da sei mesi a tre anni e con una multa da 2.500 a 15.000 euro, chiunque abusivamente riproduce, trasmette o diffonde in pubblico, opere musi- cali o multimediali, come chiunque trasmette con qualsiasi procedimento (...) qualsiasi supporto contenente opere musicali (...) per il quale è prescritta l’apposizione di con- trassegno da parte della Società Italiana degli Autori ed Editori.
In altre parole, indipendentemente dalle vostre preferenze e da quelle dei vostri clienti è indispensabile munirsi di cd o dvd legali, con tanto di bollino S.I.A.E., così che si possa procedere con la propria attività lavorativa nel rispetto delle disposizioni di legge in materia di diritto di autore. Come nasce un Cd da Massaggio - seconda parte:

Ci sono momenti della giornata in cui qualcosa di misterioso e allo stesso tempo affascinate ci pervade, una specie di vibrazione interna che ci fa ve**re la voglia, la capacità e l’istinto immediato di comporre.
Spesso, ascoltando un brano musicale di qualunque genere e stile, ci chiediamo cosa stesse pensando il compositore nel momento della sua stesura.
Se le composizioni sono allegre, immaginiamo un compositore allegro e sorridente, se sono malinconiche, immaginiamo l’artista rattristato da qualche brutto avvenimento. Ma spesso proprio in virtù della capacità di rievocare momenti passati, l’autore riesce a scrivere musiche assolutamente contrastanti con il suo stato d’animo e non mancano certamente esempi eclatanti: Mozart, ad esempio, scrisse le sue due ultime e luminose sinfonie durante il periodo più cupo della propria vita, mentre Mahler elaborò la sesta Sinfonia, non a caso detta “la tragica”, in un momento in cui disse sua moglie “era fiorente come un lauro verde”.

Come nasce un Cd da Massaggio - prima parte:

Quando ascoltiamo un qualsiasi cd musicale, ascoltiamo il risultato finale di un lavoro coordinato di professionalità diverse, e la cosa affascinante, è che questo risultato è un veicolo di sensazioni intense, che solo un linguaggio universale come la musica può trasmettere.
Allo stesso modo, tutto quello che potete ascoltare nelle nostre produzioni è frutto di un intenso la- voro dello staff di Musique in collaborazione con affermati musicisti in sintonia con il modo di vedere la musica.
Il cuore pulsante di un brano può essere una sequenza di accordi di chitarra, delle note di pianoforte, una melodia cantata... il tutto elaborato ed arrangiato fino ad arrivare alla composizione definitiva, che, dopo ripensamenti e stravolgi- menti a volte anche drastici (pecchiamo spesso di pignoleria!!) farà parte delle nostre compilation.
Spiegare come nascono i nostri cd equivale però a spiegare come nasce prima di tutto l’ispirazione artistica nella composizione di un brano che dovrà essere veicolo di sensazioni di piacere nell’ascoltatore.

A Piasco, piccolo comune piemontese in provincia di Cuneo, sorge una delle più importanti aziende costruttrici di arpe del mondo, nonché l’unica in Europa.
Fondata nei primi anni ‘70 da Victor Salvi, (ex-arpista della Philarmonic Orchestra di New York) ha assunto ben presto notevole importanza tanto che gli strumenti qui costruiti sono ora utilizzati in molte delle più importanti orchestre mondiali.
Alla fabbrica è annesso un museo riconosciuto come il più completo nel suo genere.
Ci sono anche interessanti curiosità nell’uso dell’arpa negli stemmi: uno dei primi signori dell’Irlanda, David, scelse come propria arma l’arpa, strumento preferito dal re Davide di cui portava il nome: da allora l’arpa divenne il simbolo dell’Irlanda.
Da questo simbolo ha origine anche il logo della società aerea Ryanair e della birra Guinness. (M.L.L.)

Piasco, a small town stretched Piedmontese province of Cuneo, is one of the leading manufacturers of harps in the world, and the only one in Europe.
Established in the early 70s by Victor Salvi, (former harpist of the Philharmonic Orchestra of New York) has assumed significant importance so soon that the instruments made here are now used in many of the major orchestras worldwide.
The factory is attached to a museum recognized as the most comprehensive of its kind.
There are also interesting tidbits in the use of the harp in the coats of arms: one of the first lords of Ireland, David, chose as his own weapon the harp, an instrument preferred by King David, of whom bore the name: the harp since then became the symbol of Ireland.

L’arpa è un magico strumento con lunghe corde a pizzico di origini antichissime. L’accordo di un’arpa è l’unione tra il mondo celestiale e quello terreno, tanto da rendere il suono di questo straordinario strumento cosi misterioso e vincolato all’essere umano.
L’arpa è complessa ed affascinante, costituita da 1.415 pezzi differenti necessari alla sua fabbricazione, simboleggia la tranquillità, l’animo eletto e l’allegria. È anche simbolo di Santa Cecilia, patrona della musica.
L’arpa da concerto a pedali è dotata di 47 corde tese tra la cassa di risonanza e una mensola detta “modiglione”, con un’estensione di 6 ottave e mezza e intonato in do bemolle maggiore.
I suoni estranei a questa tonalità si possono ottenere agendo su 7 pedali a doppia tacca; ogni corda è in grado di produrre tre note diverse ed è possibile costruire una scala cromatica.

The harp is a magical tool with long strings plucked with ancient origins. The agreement of a harp is the union between the heavenly and the earthly world, so as to make the sound of this unique instrument so mysterious and bound to the human being.
The harp is complex and fascinating, made up of 1,415 different pieces necessary for its manufacture, symbolizes tranquility, the elected mood and happiness. It is also the symbol of Santa Cecilia, patroness of music.
The concert pedal harp has 47 strings stretched between the soundbox and a shelf called "corbel", with an extension of 6 and a half octaves and tuned in C flat major.
The sounds unrelated to this shade can be achieved by acting on the pedals 7 double notch; each rope is able to produce three different notes and it is possible to build a chromatic scale.

Qual è l’importanza della musica nella tua vita?

Il mio rapporto con la musica è assolutamente un rapporto d’amore, e non potrebbe essere diversamente.
La musica mi colpisce direttamente al cuore, mi emoziona e sprigiona la mia sensibilità.
E’ come il battito cardiaco che mi accompagna, è vitale, rilassante, intima.
