I am currently enrolled in my third year of certification for Level 2 which I am expected to complete by September 2024. My inspiration and guidance of TriYoga comes from Yogini Kaliji, internationally renowned as a founder of TriYoga® in Santa Cruz, California. Although I lived in California for many years I discovered TriYoga on the other side of the world, in Opatija, Croatia where the nearest
TriYoga school is located and taught by Renata Reiner. The inherent characteristics of TriYoga is smooth rhythmical breathing, spinal waves, relaxation-in-action, and economy of movement. These characteristics result in a seamless flow & the unification of pranayama and mudras with dynamic and sustained asana to create greater flow of prana. For those who are new to TriYoga and those who want to strengthen their core alignments, Basic Level is the necessary foundation for all classes. As with any Yoga practice benefits are numerous and some of these are worth to mention as benefits of TriYoga practice:
- accelerates the transformation of body, mind, and spirit;
- increases flexibility, strength, and endurance for healthy
muscles, tendons, and ligaments;
- contributes to a supple spine and a dynamic nervous system;
TriYoga almost always represents a pleasant ‘new beginning’ even for most advanced Yogis as it was for me, after practicing Yoga for over 20 years. I am looking forward to see you in my class.
