This is a membraneous posterior stenosis, after endoscopic prostate surgery. This represent a case of stenosis-incontinence: the incontinence is masked by the stenosis.
The treatment with emulsioned adipose tissue showed good results avoiding incontinence

A giant periurethral mass of 6 cm, not capsulated. Istologic features was LEIOMYOMA.

Today two cases of FEMALE URETHRAL STRICTURE performed at department of urology in Florence. One difficult and rare case of urethral stricture due to malformation.
The two cases will be solved by means a ventral buccalmucisa graft.

The “GORGET” a little surgical instrument foundamental for posterior urethroplasty and for female urethroplasty. I’ve renamed it as “BERDONDINI’s save tool “ because without it the surgery could be very difficult.
I suggest this to all my students!
