Termina con lo chef Antonio Lerro, confermato dalla Guida Michelin, il Progetto 2025 di T&C ✨𝙏𝙍𝙐𝙁𝙁𝙇𝙀 𝙄𝙉𝙉𝙊𝙑𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 ✨

Abbiamo 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗶. Alcuni vivono ancora nella nostra regione, altri si sono trasferiti lontano, ma mantengono forte il legame con la loro terra di origine. Li abbiamo cercati e raggiunti e da parte loro abbiamo ricevuto creatività al tartufo.

L’obiettivo era la creazione di ricette innovative con l’utilizzo dei nostri prodotti al tartufo. Le ricette hanno 𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶.

Il risultato ci ha molto soddisfatto, abbiamo conosciuto persone di alto livello, guidate dalla passione per l’eccellenza e dalla continua ricerca del buono, del nuovo e del bello. Ringraziamo la "brigata marchigiana" al tartufo ed auguriamo tutti i partecipanti un felice periodo di festività!

𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗳𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻. Some of them still live in our region, others have moved far away, but they maintain strong ties to their homeland. We sought them out and reached them, and from them we have received "truffle creativity".

The goal was to create innovative recipes using our truffle products. The recipes have 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

We were very happy about the results, we met top level people, driven by a passion for excellence and a constant search for the good, the new and the beautiful. We thank the “Marche truffle brigade” and wish all participants a Happy Holiday Season!
